A proprietary panel for the US Flag has been cut onto American steel and custom painted by Eric Scarlett using House of Kolor paint.  The paint job can withstand direct sunlight exposure.  The piece is hand-rolled for 3D appeal, and there is custom shadow and detail work that has been airbrushed by hand.  Each piece is signed and numbered so that authenticity is maintained.
